Group of Technology Companies or GTECH is a strategic grouping of IT/ITES Companies in Kerala playing a proactive role in the accelerated growth of the IT Industry in the state. GTECH is the reference point for the Kerala IT Industry and works closely with the Government of Kerala in promoting the state as an Ideal IT/ITES destination. GTECH is an Industry led non-profit organization playing a positive role in building the competencies of the IT/ITES companies in Kerala.
Established in 2001 and formerly called as Group of Technopark Companies, GTECH over the years have built a very strong membership of Technology companies in Kerala.

Through its members, the IEEE is a leading authority in technical areas ranging from computer engineering, biomedical technology and telecommunications, to electric power, aerospace and consumer electronics, among others.
IEEE activities in Kerala have reached its 27th year. Kerala became a full Section in 1983. The section has been very active since its formation. It has been holding a national or international seminar every year since 1984. As of January 2002, Kerala Section has around 1200 members including student members. The section has a Computer Chapter, a Power-engineering Chapter and a joint Chapter on Industry Applications & Industrial Electronics. Student branches have been established in 11 Engineering Colleges.

The Institution of Engineers (India) is a national organization of engineers that aims at furthering the professional interests of the engineering community. Computer Society of India is the largest association of IT professionals in India. Started in the year 1965, it has grown to a size of 18000 members in a span of about three decades. The purposes of the society are scientific and educational directed towards the advancement of the theory and practice of computer science, computer engineering and technology, systems science and engineering, information processing and related arts and sciences.
The Society serves its members by organizing various activities, at chapter level, as well as at metro and at national level.
